Payment types and process
Once the final design and exact pricing have been submitted and accepted, I will email a three part invoice. An initial 40%, deposit is required, to cover all of your material costs, before production of your cabinetry can begin. Once the initial deposit is received, you will be guaranteed to start next in the schedule around the agreed upon dates.
When the building process of your Cabinetry has been completed, but prior to the staining or painting process, I will send pictures of your built cabinetry, along with the 2nd invoice for an additional 30% deposit. Once the 2nd deposit has been received, the painting or staining process can begin.
A final invoice of the remaining 30% will be submitted the day before your scheduled install, and that final payment will be due once the installation is complete.
